SHIPPING POLICY

Gentle Scrubs are shipped via USPS.com. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing & shipping. During holidays and/or promotional sales please all 5-7 business days for processing & shipping. Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped. All packages require signature for delivery. In the rare case that your order is returned due to inaccurate shipping information, the customer must pay for shipping again for the package to be reshipped to the correct address.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic shipping we use USPS only, all orders will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery. USPS will leave a notice if no one is available to sign for the package. Customer is then responsible to make arrangements for pick up if final attempts to deliver have been made. The customer is responsible for signing for their package. Gentle Scrubs is not responsible if someone other than you signs for your package, or if the package gets lost or stolen.
